Hypnotherapy is used to achieve a focused state of mental and physical relaxation where problems or issues can be addressed more directly in the subconscious part of the mind to obtain a change in the client’s life.
Hypnosis is normally a mixture of conscious and subconscious thoughts. At no time are you unconscious or out of control and you can hear everything that is being said at all times. You cannot be made to do or believe anything that you do not want to.
Hypnotherapy is a safe and often very relaxing experience. If you want to make changes, it is a very useful way to achieve the changes you wish. It can even help with your Anxiety & Stress.
Thought Field Therapy or TFT is similar to acupuncture without the use of needles or removal of clothing and does not require you to talk about your problem. It involves tapping specific points on your upper body, face and hands and thus helps to relieve your symptoms.
It is different from EFT in that you do not have to talk or make affirmations and you only have to tap specific points relating to your issue.
Its simplicity and safety also makes TFT suitable for children whose anxiety would make conventional treatment difficult and upsetting. There is no age barrier, all that is needed is that the child can understand and obey simple instructions; even very young children can be treated with the help of a parent or guardian.

It encompasses the three most influential components involved in the production of human experience i.e. neurological processes (“neuro”), language (“linguistic”) and behavioural patterns learned through experience (“programming”).
